Open Enrollment is held each year so eligible employees can make adjustments to their health plans, such as:

* Select a different medical plan
* Add or delete dependents
* Enroll for coverage
* Waive coverage

Open Enrollment is typically held each Spring for a July 1 effective date. Watch for notices as Open Enrollment approaches!

If you have questions about plan options or need to make a change to your plans, contact the Business Office via email or x4224.

Just a reminder: qualifying life events (such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, adoption, or loss of other coverage) allow you to adjust your benefit elections outside of Open Enrollment. To be eligible for this special enrollment opportunity, you must request the change within 30 days of the qualifying event (within 60 days for the birth of a child).
